Travel and Transport

I bring a travel table, linens, lotion and stool and request closed “set up” to be one the first floor unless there is an elevator. If you are choosing consistent massage and would like to have your own personal table and linens, I can recommend excellent options for a small investment. A table can also be used for stretching in between massage sessions and stores away easily when folded. I will purchase personal linens and ship them to your home as a thank you for you investment in regularly scheduled massage sessions.

Arthrosaage

Arthrossage is a clothed massage technique. Clients are advised to wear comfortable, loose clothing for the session. Arthrossage is different from the more traditional Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. This is a clothing-on treatment that focuses on increasing flexibility, lubricating joints and lengthening muscles. This type of treatment can be used in conjunction with a sports massage and may even be considered a helpful tool for arthritis.

Available for non physical consultations in person, video or phone to discus any aspect of their musculoskeletal, spiritual health. Assisting clients to find medical and alternative wellness professionals who may be best suited for their areas of concern. Discuss what has worked, what has not and client goals. Offering guidance with treatments, exercise styles and alternative modalities available online or within the community, to help clients achieve their personal level of health and wellness. Each session can last between 30-90 minutes and price is based on time spent. Starting at $50.

Health & Wellness Coaching

Using evidence based coaching tools, such as motivational interviewing, positive psychology for resilience, strength and well-being, mindfulness, goal setting, accountability and self efficacy, Allow Elena Jacinto to coach you and get closer to your goals and understand your “blocks”. Compassionate focused, accepting and encouraging. Elena Jacinto used her knowledge and training to motivate clients to make meaningful changes in their life and teaches techniques for lasting change. In Person Guided Visualization

Guided Visualization and Neural Linguistic Programming are powerful techniques to experience to address the unconscious parts of our thinking. They can be used separately or together to help shift thinking patterns in a desired direction, while experiencing great relaxation. Sessions are best in person and therapist uses gentle singing bowls and chimes to enhance the session.
